Viva Group is a subsidiary company of Bakrie & Brothers and was established since 2004.The Company based in Jakarta and located in Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta.

Journalist Development Pogram (JDP)

Responsibilities:

• As a JDP member you will be developed through several training and practical work in journalistic area such as news writing, editing, reportage, etc in class and off class studies.

• During the program you will be supervised by our professional and talented journalists in making news production simulation and project assignments.

• The program gives you opportunity to have rotational assignments across different aspects on news divisions, providing you with broad and valuable experience in a relatively short amount of time as well as preparing you to be our professional journalist.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major with GPA min.3,00 from reputable university (overseas graduate is an advantage) or have max. 1 year experience.

• Age max. 25 years old

• Height min. 160 cm

• English proficient (verbal and written); TOEFL min. 500

• Camera face

• Good articulation

• Have basic general knowledge and interest in journalism

• Good logical thinking and creative

• Strive for excellence and eager to learn on the job

• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

• Self confidence and proactive

• Good communication and writing skills

• Good articulation
