Special Qualifications:

- Being able to analyze the "Common Business Process" and translates into an "IT Based Business / User Requirement".
- Have knowledge of various computer hardware (mini computer and PC).
- Have knowledge of computer network system (WAN, Routing, Cisco).
- Can operate at least one (1) operating systems other than Microsoft (Linux, OS2, AS400).
- Can operate at least one (1) Database Management System / DBMS (DB2 / Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
- Master at least 1 (one) programming languages (Java / VB.Net / elphi / PHP / ASP.Net / JSP).
